About GE
Grandview Estate is a rustic wedding venue located in rural Enumclaw, Washington. Surrounded by 10 acres of beautiful land, giving you that perfect country feel. Offering you an outdoor ceremony space with a spectacular view of Mt. Rainier facing directly behind the altar, a tent for the reception, and space inside the barn that can be used for whatever you wish. We find it to be perfect for dancing, games, gifts, photo booth, or even an area for dessert! With endless opportunities to roam the property and capture photos of the spectacular views, we know that you will enjoy every minute of your time spent at Grandview Estate!
Grandview was established summer of 2021 when owners, Erik and Denise, chose to live out their dream of turning their property into a outdoor wedding space. Whether you choose a celebration that is rustic, modern, or even formal, they can promise that your wedding day will be as special and unique as you dream it will be.
Venue Amenities
TABLES AND CHAIRS

We have (30) 60" round tables, (8) 6' banquet tables, and 250 white resin folding chairs.
Those involved in setup and tear down for the wedding are resposible for setting up tables and chairs as well as tearing down at the end of the event.
OUTDOOR CEREMONY SPACE
​
Your dream wedding can take place in front of this beautiful and unique altar with the mountain view directly behind you! The perfect spot to host your family and friends for your summer wedding!
RECEPTION TENT
​
Our 40x60 tent holds up to 200 guests comfortably. 250 max if you place some tables outside of the tent space. It is great for a reception and even ceremony if you so choose. Sidewalls attached as needed to provide shade throughout the summer months. Placed on the property where the view of Mt. Rainier can still be seen!
FIREPIT
​
Time to get comfortable and stay awhile! Perfect evening activity located just a few steps away from the reception area. To be managed by wedding party & wood is to be provided by wedding party.
LIGHTS
​
Need an idea for send off? Try underneath the bistro lights! Also great for setting the mood during dancing or for yard games!
BRIDAL SUITE
​
The perfect space for the bride and her bridesmaids to enjoy the day getting ready and celebrating together!

VENUE STAFF
​
On event day, our dedicated venue staff will be your go to for any questions that arise. Your day-of coordinator will also keep in contact with the staff throughout the event. Staff will help with directing parking, operating the fire pit, and keeping the restrooms clean and fully stocked.
PARKING
​
No need to be concerned about space here at Grandview! Our venue has a huge field with ample parking for guests. We also have plenty of space to accommodate shuttles and food trucks.

Available for rent: 5 cocktail tables, white linens for cocktail tables, and white linens for the 60" rounds.
